JORDAN SUMSION, P.T., D.P.T.
Dr. Sumsion graduated with his BS in exercise science at Utah State University and went on to Rocky Mountain University to obtain his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. His yearlong clinical rotation experiences led him to Rochester, NY working at Peak Physical Therapy. While there, he treated many patients using applied functional science taught by the Gray Institute. He later had the opportunity to work at Revere Health in Provo, Utah where he treated a wide variety of athletic injuries, geriatrics with balance and strength deficits, and post-surgical patients. He also had the opportunity to work at Utah Valley Hospital inpatient care at IHC. During his time there, he treated many patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary and other comorbidity conditions. His educational and clinical experience provided him with extensive experience in:
- Chronic low back pain diagnosis and treatment
- Manual therapy of spine and peripheral joints
- Evidence based research in treatment, diagnosis, and prognosis for musculoskeletal disorders
- Correct progression of ACL reconstruction and rehab
- IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization)
- Balance and proprioception training
- Rehabilitation following a total joint
- Gait analysis
- Neuromuscular, motor control and range of motion deficits
Dr. Sumsion was raised in Springville and is thrilled to be back working in his hometown. He loves sports, fishing and hunting, but he mostly loves spending time with his wife, Becca and their two children. He looks forward to serving the wonderful community he grew up in and helping to improve patient quality of life.

Greg has been a Physical Therapist for over 20 years. All of those years have been with Physical & Sports Therapy Services at their Springville location. He is from Springville and attended Springville High School. Greg attended the University of Utah and received an undergraduate degree in sports medicine and exercise physiology and a Master's degree in physical therapy.
Greg enjoys working with all patient populations. He has specialized in foot and ankle and works closely with local orthopedic specialists in that area and makes custom foot orthotics. His sports medicine degree allows him to work closely with the athletes, coaches and sports medicine staff at Springville high school.

Physical & Sports Therapy is pleased to welcome Dr. Thomas Eastman to their team! Thomas graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Exercise Science and continued his education by obtaining his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.
Thomas has been a practicing Physical Therapist for the past five years with Intermountain in the state of Utah. Thomas enjoys working with all patient types and is a dedicated and compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy who is committed to helping patients achieve their maximum potential through individualized care plans and evidence-based practices. Thomas understands that each patient's journey to recovery is unique.
Thomas grew up playing sports but realized after multiple injuries the importance of rehabilitation after injury and wants his patients to get back to doing what they love. By incorporating patient education, personalized exercise programs, and hands-on therapy, he empowers patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation process. Thomas's education, training and experience has allowed him to specialize in these standard areas:
- Post-operative care and management following total joint replacements and other various musculoskeletal surgeries
- Balance and proprioceptive training to reduce fall risk
- Gait and running analysis
- Evidence-based research and treatment for various musculoskeletal conditions
- Concussion and return to sport

Outside the clinic, Thomas enjoys being outdoors: hunting, camping, hiking, fishing, playing sports, and spending time with his wife Shea, son Clay, and daughter Devany. Family is the center of life which is why He tries to treat each patient as if it was one of his family members.
